Description The Lead, Talent Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for guiding high‑visibility recruiting initiatives, shaping Talent Acquisition strategy, and improving the candidate experience through process innovation and cross‑functional collaboration. Essential Responsibilities Lead large, complex recruiting projects and programs with high visibility. Design, evaluate, and select processes and service improvements based on a deep understanding of business needs and industry trends. Develop new procedures, processes, and standards for Talent Acquisition to enhance operating effectiveness and candidate experience. Identify and resolve significant unique situations, employing conceptual and creative thinking to solve complex problems with broad business impact. Leverage knowledge of external trends and evolving practices to guide decisions and recommend operationalization strategies. Serve as a key advisor and influencer on overall Talent Acquisition strategy. Influence how the organization identifies and invests in talent pipelines. Proactively address complex problems that affect the talent pipeline and candidate experience. Develop and deliver innovative strategies that benefit hiring managers. Lead major projects that impact Talent Acquisition or the assigned business unit. Collaborate with customers, peers, account leaders, and internal and external partners. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The base pay range is as follows: Pay Range by Location New York City, New York | $143,500 - $212,850 Annually San Jose, California | $143,500 - $212,850 Annually Chicago, Illinois | $130,500 - $193,600 Annually Austin, Texas | $130,500 - $193,600 Annually Scottsdale, Arizona | $123,500 - $183,700 Annually Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation as applicable.
