Job Title: Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Assemblers to assemble products using hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated individuals.

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, and grinders.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Meet daily production goals while working with a team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Stable, year-round employment.

This position is located in an indoor manufacturing facility with approximately 120 employees. Employees work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with optional overtime on Saturdays. The facility is not temperature controlled , and employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year. Steel-toe or composite-toe boots are required, while all other necessary PPE is provided by the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Story City, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Story City,IA.
