Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist credential in Texas
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
• Experience with pediatric, school-based caseloads, or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable and collaborative within multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and document student progress
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to create supportive learning strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
