Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)

We are looking for an Account Pricing Analyst , reporting to the leader of our Commercial Center of Excellence, supporting both our Center of Excellence team and Account Advancement leaders with quantitative analysis to inform account-focused pricing strategy. This role will contribute to the company's growth by providing insight into our accounts' pricing, including historical price realization, attach rates, and consumption to support company-level discount strategy, targeted sales promotions, and deal negotiations.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Serve as a trusted source of truth for account pricing data, working on company-level pricing improvement initiatives with the Center of Excellence team

• Work on cross-functional teams of experts to support Account Managers on account planning and deal negotiations with quantitative insights, sensitivity analysis, and pro forma modeling of recommendations

• Define and continuously monitor account-focused commercial KPIs (e.g. segmented average realized pricing, attach rate, and consumption growth) quantifying the impact of our recommendations while identifying opportunities for continued improvement

• Strong desire to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with an ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time

• Passion for analytical rigor and high attention to detail balanced with ability to work quickly with imperfect information

• Comfort working with large datasets and willingness to experiment and learn

• Demonstrated communication skills to develop concise reports and articulate actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or related field with 3+ years as an analyst

• Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years as an analyst, ideally for a software company or consulting firm, with experience in pricing or deal desk role

• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) products or other software designed to increase civil engineer productivity, ideally for infrastructure projects

• Familiarity with AI tools and application to quantitative analysis
