TRM CPA is a fast-growing CPA firm based in Jupiter, FL. We are not a typical accounting firm. We move fast, invest seriously in growth, and hold ourselves to the same performance standards we bring to our clients. We're bringing media buying in-house because we're ready to go all in. This isn't a role where you'll babysit a legacy agency relationship. You'll own the strategy, have real budget authority, and work directly with firm leadership. If you've ever been frustrated by layers of approval or campaigns that sat static for weeks, that won't be your life here. We work hard, have high expectations, and genuinely enjoy working together including regular team events at travel destinations. Culture is not a bullet point for us. It is how we decide who belongs in the room. The Role You will own all paid media for TRM CPA, with Meta as your primary channel and Google Ads as a secondary focus. This is a high-ownership role where you'll build the strategy, run the campaigns, analyze the data, and report directly to firm leadership with clear performance accountability. This role is best suited for someone who is a builder rather than a maintainer. We are looking for someone who is energized by testing new ideas, exploring untapped opportunities, and building a scalable paid acquisition engine rather than simply following a templated playbook. What You'll Own Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as the primary channel, with Google Ads as a secondary focus, driving qualified lead generation and client acquisition for the firm. Own budget allocation across channels, currently $50K–$150K/month, with room to scale. Develop and continuously test creative concepts, audiences, copy angles, and campaign structures to improve performance and return on ad spending. Analyze campaign performance with rigor and communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly to leadership. Stay ahead of Meta platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats while proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align paid strategy with firm-wide growth goals. What We're Looking For We'd rather have one exceptional person than a committee. Here's what that looks like: Must-Haves 5+ years managing paid media campaigns with real budget accountability ($50K+/month minimum). Deep, proven expertise in Meta Ads with a strong understanding of how to build, test, and scale lead generation campaigns. Demonstrated ability to build and scale lead generation campaigns from scratch, not just optimize inherited accounts. Highly analytical and comfortable using performance data to guide decisions and improve results. Strong independent judgment and the ability to build a strategy, defend it, and adjust it as performance data evolves. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain campaign performance and insights to leadership.
