Compensation: Hourly - $265/hr, Overtime - $345/hr, Holiday - $400/hr.

Day and Weekend Coverage

Typical Shift Hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Supplemental Coverage Based on Facility Need

No Call

Adult Patients

Patient Volume Varies

Consultation and Liaison Coverage: Approximately 15-18 Patients Per Day

Busy Days May Reach Approximately 20 Patients

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide Inpatient Psychiatric Care

Perform Patient Rounding

Manage Admissions

Provide Consultative Psychiatric Services

Collaborate With Other Providers

No Procedures Required

Clinical Environment / Support

32-Bed Inpatient Psychiatric Setting

Provider Will Not Work Solo

Epic EMR Preferred

Requirements

Active Oregon Medical License - Required Due to Urgent Coverage Need

BLS - Required

COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements

Must Demonstrate Inpatient or Consultative Services for at Least 30 Patients Within the Previous 24 Months OR Completion of a Hospital-Affiliated Accredited Residency, Special Clinical Fellowship, or Research Within the Previous 12 Months

Recent Residency Graduates Must Provide a Residency Log

Candidates Not Applying Directly From Residency Must Provide a Quality Profile From Hospital(s) Where They Currently Hold Privileges Showing Clinical Activity From the Previous 24 Months
