Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide impactful speech and language services alongside a collaborative team, sharing a caseload focused on medically fragile classrooms. Enjoy working with a second SLP and an SLPA, ensuring every child has the support they need.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience delivering school-based speech therapy services
• Strong background using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Previous work with medically fragile or high-needs student populations preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to medically fragile students
• Implement therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, aides, and fellow SLP professionals
• Help to maintain and troubleshoot AAC devices to support student participation
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and uphold compliance with school and state regulations
• Work with families to support generalization of skills beyond the classroom
