Salvage Tech I

Position Overview Title: Salvage Technician I Shift: 1st Hours and Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday - 5am - 3:30pm (can vary) Starting Wage: $21.54 Position Description: Remanufacturing parts re‑qualification: Employees use a variety of tools and equipment to re‑qualify parts for use in our remanufacturing process. Responsibilities Re‑qualify parts using the proper tools while following all work and safety instructions Properly store and document all completed inventory Rotate through all jobs in the area Promote and maintain safety and open communication throughout the facility Inspect and gauge parts Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently. Ability to read and understand job instructions. Ability to work overtime when needed. Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
