About the Role
The Company is in search of a Consumer Product Sales Senior Lead Analyst with a focus on strategic partnerships and monetization capabilities for its personal lending business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evaluation, development, negotiation, and implementation of strategic partnership opportunities that enhance access to credit and add value to the business. This role demands a leader who can operate at the intersection of business strategy, partnerships, product development, risk management, legal, finance, and operations to bring new capabilities from concept to production. Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities, developing market assessments, building and maintaining relationships with external partners, and leading the partner selection process. The role also requires the definition of program objectives, success metrics, and the development of scalable operating models to support long-term program growth. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, fintech, consumer lending, business development, partnerships, product management, consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives, developing business cases, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership. Strong financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning capabilities are essential, as are strong negotiation and relationship management skills. The role demands a clear communicator who can represent the organization with the leaders of partner organizations and who is adept at influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational alignment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
