What You'll Do

As a Process Technician, you'll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You'll get to:

• Operate Injection Molding Machines Arburg, Toshiba, Engel
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and operate thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, Material dryers, monitoring systems, End of arm Tooling, bagging machine and grinders.
• Operate and program sprue pickers and multi axis robots
• Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues.
• Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling and cycle times, etc with a repeatable process.
• Create labels and generate appropriate workorders. Perform workorder changes

Who You Are

You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You care about quality at every level. You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have :

• High School diploma required
• 3 years experience with injection molding
• 2 shot molding experience
• RJG scientific molding certification - preferred
• Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions
• Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, etc for 8 hours or more.
