Job Position: Direct Hire Maintenance Automation Technician Location: Necedah, WI Pay Rate: $33.83/hour plus a $0.75/hour second-shift differential, totaling $34.58/hour Shift: Second Shift, 2:00 PM-12:00 AM Schedule: Monday through Thursday; four-day workweek RSS Talent Partners is Recruiting for a Maintenance Automation Technician RSS Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing client in Necedah, WI. Position Overview Looking for strong pay, advanced equipment, and three-day weekends every week? This direct-hire, union Maintenance Automation Technician position offers permanent employment from day one and a consistent four-day workweek. As a Maintenance Automation Technician, you will keep automated production equipment operating safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, respond to breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and help improve equipment performance and uptime. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot PLC-controlled production machinery and automation systems Diagnose issues involving industrial electrical systems and controls Service sensors, drives, servo motors, robotics, and related automation equipment Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components Perform scheduled preventive maintenance Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns Identify root causes and support corrective actions Help improve equipment reliability, performance, and uptime Work safely with production and maintenance team members Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex equipment problems. This individual is comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
