Position Overview Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our expanding department in a collaborative, dynamic, physician‑led practice environment. Key Responsibilities Provide integrated, multidisciplinary, patient‑centered care within a team‑based model, collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Participate in provider onboarding and administrative support activities. Engage with coordinated resources and shared expertise across the network. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Family/Internal Medicine Physician. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $220,000 - $350,000, determined by experience, performance, and location. Generous CME funding for professional development.
