Auto Claims Team Lead — Quality & Dispute Resolution

Broughton Group

Broughton Group is looking for an Auto Claims Team Supervisor in Alexandria, Virginia. In this role, you will supervise teams of claims professionals and oversee the handling of liability claims. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has at least six years in claims management and two years in a supervisory role, preferably with experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims.
