Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Sterile Compounding | Texas
Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations and compliance. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with executive leadership and own:
- Pharmacy compliance and regulatory oversight
- Sterile compounding operations (503A/503B experience highly preferred)
- Quality systems, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and batch record review
- DEA compliance, controlled substance programs, and state licensure
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality
- Active Texas Pharmacist license
- PIC or pharmacy leadership experience
- Sterile compounding experience
- Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Multi-state licensure is a significant plus
