About the Role:
Mi Sabor Mexican Kitchen in Glendora, CA is looking for energetic and passionate Servers and Bussers to join our team! If you love great food, great people, and a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Come be a part of a vibrant dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing an exceptional dining experience from start to finish
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients
• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth table turnover (Bussers)
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering items, and supporting the front-of-house team
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ (if serving alcohol, per California law)
• Bilingual
