Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Rancho Cordova CA. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, and other customers, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information to support sales decisions. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to support customer satisfaction by resolving issues, tracking orders, and providing proactive communication, processing orders, returns, warranties, & related tasks Qualifications Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and problem resolution. Previous experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, or related building products is beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and manufacturer partners. Proficiency with CRM systems, basic office software, and data entry; ability to learn product and technical information quickly. High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability in an on-site environment.
