We connect sellers with serious buyers through a highly successful auction platform. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, identify equipment buying and selling opportunities, qualify leads, and provide timely follow-up while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Your Role: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative for Bar None Auction, you will:

• Build Customer Relationships – Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through inbound and outbound communication while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify Sales Opportunities – Engage customers to understand their equipment buying and selling needs, qualify opportunities, and generate leads for our Territory Sales Representatives.
• Conduct Proactive Customer Outreach – Participate in outbound calling campaigns to follow up with buyers, sellers, and prospective customers, gather market intelligence, and identify future business opportunities.
• Support the Sales Process – Coordinate with Territory Sales Representatives by providing qualified leads, customer insights, and timely follow-up to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain Accurate Customer Records – Document customer interactions, update account information, and track activities, opportunities, and follow-up tasks within our CRM system.
• Represent the Bar None Auction Brand – Professionally represent Bar None Auction through knowledgeable communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relationship Builder – Enjoys connecting with customers, building rapport, and developing long-term business relationships through meaningful conversations.
• Confident Outbound Communicator – Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls per day, including prospecting, follow-up, and re-engagement calls to identify equipment buying and selling opportunities.
• Sales & Opportunity Mindset – Naturally curious and skilled at asking thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs, qualify opportunities, and generate leads for the Territory Sales team.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Professional, confident communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to adapt conversations to each customer's needs.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented – Accurately documents customer interactions, maintains CRM records, and follows through on commitments and follow-up activities.
• Collaborative Team Player – Works closely with Territory Sales Representatives and other departments to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial contact through follow-up.
• Resilient & Self-Motivated – Maintains a positive attitude, stays motivated through high call volumes and rejection, and remains focused on achieving individual and team goals.
• Technically Proficient – Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other technology to efficiently manage customer interactions and sales activities.
