This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This position is not remote or hybrid.

You love organization. You notice when something is missing. You follow up without being asked. And there may be nothing more satisfying than taking a project with a million moving pieces and keeping it on track from beginning to end.

At Restoration Network, our Project Coordinators are at the center of the customer experience and the project workflow. You'll work alongside our Project Managers, field teams, insurance partners, and homeowners to make sure communication is happening, documentation is complete, deadlines aren't slipping, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

This isn't a position where you wait for someone to tell you what to do next. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions, follows through, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving environment.

Compensation

$50,000$60,000 annually, depending on experience

We are willing to invest toward the upper end of the range for someone who brings relevant restoration, insurance/TPA, DASH, or strong project coordination experience.
