Must be able to work a combination of AM and PM shifts 5 days a week, including weekends. Must have a minimum of 1 year of banquet setup and/or housekeeping experience. Must have reliable transportation.

How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly and attentive Banquet Setup assists in preparing for banquet events at Brookfield Conference Center. This job is physically demanding, requiring you to be able to lift, push, pull tables, chairs, and other items ensuring an outstanding banquet space presentation adhering to the requested layout.

• Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department
• Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered

What success looks like:

• Past banquet set-up and/or housekeeping experience
• Demonstrates a positive team-player attitude that supports an efficient and collaborative work environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service for every event
• Ability to work independently
