The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee is hiring staff to help set up rooms and serve at events. Full-time if you have a flexible schedule. Hours vary based on events - days & evenings. Weekends are required. Set up/take down tables & chairs for meetings, trade shows and weddings. May also serve food and beverages during buffet and plated events. $20/hr + benefits.
- Provide room set up and take down for busy hotel banquet department.
- Respond efficiently to guest or management requests.
- Properly set dinnerware for banquet tables.
- Assist with serving plated food or buffet style for breakfast meetings, luncheons, weddings, banquets, etc.
- Age 18 years or older.
- Able to follow directions and have good math skills used for measuring and set up of banquet space.
- Able to lift and move a 60" round table.
- Stand for the entire shift.
- Lift and carry trays with 8-10 meals and serve them to guests; clear tables.
- Able to communicate with guests in English.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and/or experience is helpful.
