This contract assignment provides vital coverage for a maternity leave from May 11 to June 18, working closely with a caseload of 30-40 students. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification (ASHA)
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially with students on the autism spectrum, is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students in the autism program
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
• Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs and promote positive outcomes
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate individual learning styles and needs
• Offer guidance, strategies, and resources to educators for classroom support
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school and district policies
