This is a true per diem role with no set or recurring schedule. The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel between all three urgent care locations to support patient care needs. Available Shifts:Bellingham & Lynden (Monday-Friday): 8:30am - 6:30pm or 12:00pm - 10:00pmMount Vernon (Monday-Friday): 11:00am - 9:00pmWeekends (All Three Locations): 8:30am - 5:30pmHoliday shifts may be available. Clinics are open on all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.Compensation: An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) joining a Family Care Network (FCN) Urgent Care Center, will receive an hourly rate in the range of $59.83 - $89.74 per hour, with placement in the range determined based upon experience. The APP will also be eligible to participate in a productivity payment program. Experience in Family MedicineRequired Licensure : Current Washington State ARNP or PA-C licenseAcquire and maintain BLS certification as per FCN BLS policy.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
