Guide and mentor your team , training Hospice Aides and LPNs to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care at home.\u00a0

Collaborate seamlessly \u00a0with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility staff to create smooth transitions and coordinated care plans.\u00a0

Provide hands-on\u00a0expertise \u00a0in pain control, medication administration, and symptom relief\u2014bringing comfort when it matters most.\u00a0

Be a trusted resource after hours ,\u00a0participating\u00a0in on-call rotations to ensure patients and families receive\u00a0timely\u00a0support on weekends and holidays.\u00a0

Maintain compliance and eligibility \u00a0by monitoring patient status and completing all certification and recertification documentation with precision.\u00a0
