2027 Future Talent Program - Global Workplace & Enterprise Services Global Real Estate (GRES) Co-op

A 6-month cooperative education position in Global Real Estate focused on establishing workforce data governance, designing automated validation frameworks, and developing analytics for real estate operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize site assignments and improve workplace efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish data governance standards and controls for employee workplace assignments across global sites
- Design automated validation framework to track headcount and assignment changes in OpenBlue database
- Identify data discrepancies and implement exception reporting workflows to correct inaccurate assignments
- Develop executive dashboards and analytics using Power BI for workforce distribution visibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers on process improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
- Available for 6-month commitment with flexible hours
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 preferred
- Beginner to advanced level work experience (first, second, or final co-op)
- Ability to work on hybrid basis at Rahway, New Jersey site
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
