Business Operations Lead

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Business Operations Lead will operate remotely to enhance efficiency and alignment across stakeholders while managing end-to-end project delivery. Key responsibilities Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance pod-level objectives by identifying opportunities and ensuring stakeholder alignment Build and operate scalable workflows and processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput Leverage data tools to extract insights and inform decisions, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies, preferably in consulting, finance, or business operations Proficiency with AI and data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL) for insights extraction and workflow streamlining Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured components and work through ambiguity Experience designing systems with scalability in mind, anticipating bottlenecks and iterating based on feedback Strong coordination skills to align priorities across teams while building trust through transparency and accountability
