Job Description The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys handling a variety of litigation matters from initial case development through trial preparation and resolution. This position requires someone who can effectively prioritize multiple cases, maintain organized case files, and thrive in a deadline-driven legal environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage litigation matters from case intake through final resolution. Maintain case calendars and monitor important court deadlines and filing requirements. Organize electronic case files and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date. Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence. Assist with drafting discovery responses and coordinating the collection of records and evidence. Review and summarize medical records, depositions, and other case-related documents. Manage document production and maintain organized databases for case materials. Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics. Assemble trial exhibits, witness materials, and trial notebooks while providing courtroom support as needed. Assist with settlement documentation and file closing procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong understanding of litigation processes, court procedures, and filing deadlines. Experience filing documents in both state and federal courts. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage multiple active cases. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible start/end times).
