Our organization stands as a premier national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently in search of a Full-Time Women's Health Physician Assistant to join our affiliated practice in Florida.

This role is ideal for Nurse Practitioners who take pleasure in assisting with surgical procedures and in-office treatments.

Position Highlights:

• Team Composition: 4 physicians and 6 midwives
• Hospital Affiliations: Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville & Ascension Hospital
• Work Schedule: 4.5-day work week, with half days on Fridays
• On-call Duties: Limited
• Operating Room Responsibilities: Including assistance with C-sections
• In-office Procedures
• Patient Load: Approximately 21 patients daily

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive salary starting at $130,000
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement

Requirements:

• National Nurse Practitioner certification or eligibility to obtain
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state or eligibility to secure
• Current unrestricted DEA License or eligibility to obtain
• CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or eligibility to acquire
• Skilled in assessment and formulation of treatment plans
• Effective communication skills with patients, team members, and management
• Capability to make clinical decisions based on best medical practices independently
