Responsibilities Individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., procedural work. Onboard to Client systems and perform the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assemble samples/prototypes, run lab test routines, create and update specs based on standard information, and execute changes of simple technical solutions. Possess basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs. Submit products for analytical testing. Utilizes Client Systems SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
