Server Assistant

Overview Join Main Event as a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Responsibilities include refilling condiments, pre‑bussing tables, assisting with table turns and maintaining a spotless dining area. Responsibilities Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Greet guests and take drink orders. Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs. Assist servers by refilling condiments, pre‑bussing, and turning tables. Perform opening, mid‑day or closing duties. Support overall guest experience by providing exceptional service. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience is a plus. Guest‑focused mindset. Ability to work as part of a team. Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification as required. Effective communication skills. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to communicate with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.
