Credentialing Timeframe: 12 weeks from time application is submitted.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months with option to extend
Shift: 10:30a-7:00p full time with rotating weekends (every other weekend)

Housing/Travel: All Inclusive
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Covid Vaccine with booster required

Required Exp : Diabetes, Blood Pressure, COPD, Routine Adult / Geriatric Patients in outpatient setting.
