Client Advisor - Century City

Summary Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury watch boutique in Century City. Focuses on achieving individual KPIs and growing the active client base through clienteling, outreach, and appointments while supporting omnichannel initiatives. Contributes to store operations, visual merchandising, and aftersales to ensure high standards and memorable service. Responsibilities Drive individual and boutique sales to meet targets using discovery, storytelling, upselling, and closing techniques. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via outreach, appointments, and personalized clienteling. Execute omnichannel selling strategies and ensure accurate client data collection and follow-up. Support daily boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing procedures, and aftersales coordination. Use retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and perform visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation. Contribute to store maintenance, compliance with retail procedures, and a positive team environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar. Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies. Strong selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, objection handling, and closing. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with digital tools and clienteling platforms and an understanding of sales and client KPIs.
