Job Details Job Type: Full-Time - Remote Position Summary RyanTech is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the creation and execution of all marketing content and campaigns. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on taking ideas and turning them into finished, published work. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities, and being directly responsible for marketing output across channels. Responsibilities Create, edit, and publish marketing content across email campaigns, SEO, GEO, AEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media Management. Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish—planning, building, launching, and optimizing Lead and oversee relationships with creative agencies to ensure high quality delivery of outsourced work Manage timelines, tasks, and priorities across multiple initiatives Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards Coordinate feedback and approvals with internal stakeholders Track basic performance metrics and continuously improve results Ensure marketing work is completed accurately and on time Position Requirements Basic / Required 4–6+ years of hands-on marketing experience Strong content creation and campaign execution skills Experience managing campaigns independently Comfortable working without a dedicated marketing team or agency support Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented Clear written and verbal communication skills Why This Role High ownership and autonomy Clear accountability and measurable impact Opportunity to own marketing execution end-to-end No people management—pure execution and delivery Pay $80,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr Talantir
