Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Enter and update customer orders, account details, and service information while maintaining precise records in company systems.
• Partner with the sales team to coordinate customer needs, resolve issues, and support timely follow-up on open requests.
• Manage client interactions throughout the service process, ensuring concerns are addressed and expectations are met.
• Make outbound calls as needed to provide updates, gather information, or assist with order and account follow-up.
• Use Salesforce and Excel to track activity, maintain documentation, and support reporting or customer account management.
• Review entered information for completeness and accuracy to reduce errors and improve the overall customer experience.• Previous experience in customer service or a related client-facing position.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with clear, accurate communication.
• Experience with order entry and data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales representatives and supporting client management activities.
