Within the campus ministry, the position strives to enhance the development of the spiritual lives of students and their families, faculty and staff, and alumnae. The coordinator leads students, Team OLLA, and parent/alumnae faith formation through retreats, prayer experiences/workshops, school-wide prayers, and Peer Ministry training. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Founded in 1963, Our Lady of Lourdes Academy is a certified STEM school that seeks “to educate young women to face the future strengthened by their faith, prepared and confident in their abilities to achieve their goals and committed to their Catholic and American heritages.” Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred, or working towards a master’s degree. Three (3) years of related experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel. Ability to remain calm & decisive in high-pressure situations. Professional integrity & confidentiality. Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice. Fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission, teachings and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Knowledge and support of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
