Location: Indian River, MI Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: MonThursday 7:30am4:15pm (Lunch 12:45pm1:15pm); Friday 8:00am4:00pm (Lunch 12:45pm1:45pm)

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Accurately collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient identification, demographics, and ensure labeling accuracy at the time of collection
• Maintain required records and documentation with high attention to detail and confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
• Support daily operations by working efficiently and independently under the direction of a supervisor
• Float between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong phlebotomy technique and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability, including potential weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Data entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
