Oversee the full lifecycle of US Global Payroll implementations for enterprise clients. Lead complex Tax Reconciliation , quarterly filings, and year-end processing efforts. Design and govern payroll costing, accounting, and OTL integration strategies. Manage client stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Provide expert guidance on complex Fast Formula logic for specific US state and local rules. Requirements: 12+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience with multiple end-to-end go-lives. Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax legislative requirements. Strong leadership experience managing functional teams and executive-level reporting. Proficiency in HCM Security and advanced data loading for payroll-specific objects. Exceptional analytical skills for solving complex payroll calculation and costing discrepancies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phoenix Cloud Tech
