What You’ll Do

As a Full Desk Recruiter / Account Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process, working closely with clients and candidates to create win-win outcomes. Responsibilities include: Full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, engaging, and placing both active and passive talent using social media, professional networks, and internal databases. Identifying qualified candidates and matching them to client requirements, technical skills, and company culture. Managing the hiring process from position opening to offer stage, including onboarding support when needed. Conducting pre-screening, candidate interviews, and qualification assessments. Manage our CRM workflow, obtaining new business while servicing existing portfolio Presenting job opportunities to attract top talent and gain referrals. Acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers. Supporting onsite client services to ensure a world-class candidate experience. Participating in client strategy sessions and providing status updates. Receiving hands-on mentorship from senior recruiting professionals.

What We’re Looking For Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and improvise. Polished, professional telephone presence and strong written/verbal communication. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM tools preferred. Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Tech-savvy: proficient with MS Outlook, Word, LinkedIn, and social networking; AI exposure is a plus. Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
