Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced HOA attorney in Houston, TX, to support the property owner association section. The role involves preparing and organizing legal documents, amending governing documents, ensuring compliance with state law, and managing lawsuits when necessary. The attorney will report to the managing partner and serve as corporate counsel for assigned clients.
