Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume workflow, processing approximately 10,000 inventory, repair, and laser orders annually.
- Help with general accounting tasks and data entry using our proprietary, web-based system.
- Provide daily backup phone and front-desk coverage (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM daily, plus additional coverage for breaks or absences).
- Assist with filing and other administrative projects.
- Support the team with day-to-day office needs.
- Jump in on other tasks as assigned to keep the office running smoothly.
- Maintain extreme accuracy while pivoting between high-volume data entry and answering incoming calls.
- Spend approximately 3 hours per week performing light collections and following up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- This is a busy, active desk. It's perfect for someone who likes to stay productive and feels accomplished seeing a high volume of work completed by the end of the day.
- Experience with office procedures and standard office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, friendly phone manner.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning custom, web-based computer programs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Great problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Required: Strong geographical sense is required to accurately categorize and route orders and repairs.
