Traumatic Brain Injury RN Case Manager
Southcentral Foundation (SCF)
Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an RN Case Manager to ensure delivery of appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners, aligning with case management standards and Advance Access principles. This role will support the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project. Qualified candidates are graduate nurses licensed in Alaska, with BLS certification and at least one year of nursing experience or completion of the SCF RN Case Manager Training Program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southcentral Foundation (SCF)
