This is a full‑time position with the possibility of some remote work once all training and licensing requirements have been met. Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation: Base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jack Nadelhoffer - State Farm Agent
