About Our Agency I’ve been with State Farm since 2006 and opened our first office in Clackamas, OR in April 2011. Since then, we’ve grown into a strong team of eight full‑time team members who take pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting one another every day. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi‑lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
