Incident Manager - Coraopolis, PA

Incident Manager position located in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, U.S. Full‑time, 1st Shift with weekends, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM. Qualifications A four‑year college degree or one (1) year prior work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities in a similar setting is required, or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Good documentation and communication skills. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Administrator(s), the Incident Manager reports, investigates, and follows up with Reportable Incidents as outlined in the Incident Management Policy. Operations: Follows standardized incident reporting in a timely manner per division Incident Management Policy and Procedures. Responsible for completing or assisting in investigations assigned at the local level, including securing physical/documentary evidence, obtaining signed statements, interviewing witnesses, and developing a summary of factual findings. Coordinate notification of investigation outcomes through scheduled findings calls with Operations, Human Resources, and other identified Merakey Department services representatives. Ensures follow‑up action is completed as recommended and in a timely manner. Administrative: Maintains tracking of all incidents and produces reports as requested. Attends house meetings, trainings, and supervision as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Salary Earn $19.62/hour in this position.
