Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Warehouse IT Clerk Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse IT systems, supporting inventory management, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for technology, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Support inventory management processes, including data entry and tracking.
- Help with the implementation of new software and technology solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory and IT system performance.
- Provide support to warehouse staff on IT-related tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or IT support role is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
