Ecommerce & Retail Operations Coordinator

Job Description

seeking an organized, detail-oriented office professional to coordinate ecommerce shipping, maintain product information, and support our retail accounts. This role works closely with our production, packaging, and warehouse teams to keep orders accurate and shipments on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and route FedEx and UPS shipping labels, packing slips, and order paperwork to the appropriate team.
• Verify shipping addresses, shipping methods, and order details before processing.
• Monitor shipments and help resolve shipping delays or order discrepancies.
• Manage Shopify orders and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, images, and inventory information.
• Set up new products in Shopify and retailer portals, including SKUs, UPCs, descriptions, and case specifications.
• Prepare and proofread product descriptions and packaging copy, and coordinate approvals before printing.
• Support retailer accounts by managing product submissions, purchase orders, shipping instructions, and delivery updates.
• Maintain organized records and communicate priorities to production and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on Shopify experience required.
• Experience creating and processing FedEx and UPS shipping labels required.
• Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through independently.
• Experience with retailer portals, e-commerce marketplaces, or food and consumer products is a plus.
