Pay & Benefits

• Base salary: Starting at $250,000 for newly graduated Fellows

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatology care to newborns in Level III NICUs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists
• Manage critically ill neonates using advanced techniques such as high frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Participate in teaching, quality improvement, and research initiatives
• Contribute to family-centered care in a supportive environment
• Document clinical findings and treatments accurately
• Support the hospital's commitment to evidence-based, high-quality neonatal outcomes

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical licensure in Nevada (or eligible)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Fellowship-trained in neonatology
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
