ServiceNow Developer/SME

Role Description

The ServiceNow Developer SME position will work primarily architecting, designing, and developing solutions as part of the Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for architecting a solution based on customer requirements. They should be able to design and develop solutions within ServiceNow and create strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer.

As a ServiceNow Developer SME, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the DHS customer. You will play a crucial role in the following areas:

• Lead/Manage/Support
• Lead/Manage/Support ITSM Development Team
• Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform
• Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate and resolve challenges

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM
