Service Manager/Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Are you good at fixing things and leading a team? Do you enjoy keeping communities running smoothly and helping others? If so, we want you on our team! What You Will Do Lead the maintenance team – supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities. Coordinate daily operations – schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after‑hours assignments, and complete service orders on time. Stay on budget – develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending. Inspect and maintain the community – oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Foster strong relationships – work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment. Ensure compliance and safety – follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines. Tackle special projects – assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed. What You Bring To The Team Strong leadership skills – experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team. Technical expertise – knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Problem‑solving abilities – able to handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently. Dependability and flexibility – available for emergency repairs when needed. Ability to perform physical tasks – able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in facility maintenance Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely Why Join Bridge Property Management? Parental Leave: Following six months of employment, you will be eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver or two weeks as a secondary caregiver. Following two years, you are eligible for twelve weeks as the primary caregiver. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre‑approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
