New Patient Liaison

To support a growing fertility practice, the part‑time New Patient Liaison will respond to patient inquiries, schedule consultations, and ensure a compassionate and efficient onboarding experience while working remotely for 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective patients seeking fertility services Schedule new patient consultations based on provider availability and patient needs Document patient interactions and ensure continuity of care through accurate record-keeping Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, patient access, or healthcare-related roles Demonstrated ability to communicate empathetically and professionally in sensitive situations Experience in healthcare, patient scheduling, or fertility services is strongly preferred Bilingual skills are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr US Fertility
