As an Assistant Manager , you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive and respectful team environment. You are a passionate leader , committed to training and mentoring team members to uphold high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness . Your industry expertise allows you to support the Restaurant Management team and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced and exciting restaurant atmosphere.

What You'll Do:
  • Inspire, train, and guide your team to deliver top-notch service and maintain quality standards.
  • Support the Manager and Owner in ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Promote a welcoming and positive environment for both team members and guests.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer Service and Team Leadership
  • Must be able to lift 25 -35lbs
  • Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Flexible schedule
  • Minimum 4 years of previous restaurant management or QSR experience
  • Drivers License needed!
  • Servsafe certification required.
  • High school Diploma of associate preferred.
