DESCRIPTION Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons! Are you a driven food service professional looking to advance your career? We're hiring enthusiastic Assistant Managers to become part of our dynamic team! As an Assistant Manager , you play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive and respectful team environment. You are a passionate leader , committed to training and mentoring team members to uphold high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness . Your industry expertise allows you to support the Restaurant Management team and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced and exciting restaurant atmosphere. What You'll Do:
- Inspire, train, and guide your team to deliver top-notch service and maintain quality standards.
- Support the Manager and Owner in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Promote a welcoming and positive environment for both team members and guests.
- Customer Service and Team Leadership
- Must be able to lift 25 -35lbs
- Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum 4 years of previous restaurant management or QSR experience
- Drivers License needed!
- Servsafe certification required.
- High school Diploma of associate preferred.
